@thehesiod This sounds like a great idea to me.
Because we keep the API strictly limited to only the actual AWS API I don't think we'd want a special API call (either internal or external) to shuffle the queues....
This looks pretty great. @jaykz52, what do you think about merging it?
This sounds really good. I don't know if there's an easy way to automate this but it's a great policy and I'd be happy to help triage things like this.

@wincent Thanks for making wikitext! This PR makes the main branch compatible with Ruby 3.x. Prior to this Ruby 3.2+ would throw an error at compile time.
