Same issue for me on 0.3.6 I made sure I was signed in on Edge and Chrome, have tried refreshing and reinstalling.

Actually, found a fix. Make your BingGPT window full screen, then right-click on the page and click 'reset'. This allowed me to re-login, and then I had the normal Chat...
