I found solution I solved it by clearing the "SplashImage.imageset" and put in original Splash Screen Image (2400 x 2400) Then xcworkspace > images.xcassets > SplashImage attach the splash screen...
I fixed this problem I just add `true` `SplashScreen.show(this, true);`

I solved this issue. I followed [this](https://github.com/react-native-camera/react-native-camera/issues/2150#issuecomment-474098081) add this line to `android/app/build.gralde` `defaultConfig` `missingDimensionStrategy 'react-native-camera', 'mlkit'`
