in my case (Linux/Ubuntu 18.04 ) the workaround was to copy the "darwin" folder to a "linux folder" `cp -r /usr/lib/node_modules/nativescript/node_modules/ios-device-lib/bin/darwin/ /usr/lib/node_modules/nativescript/node_modules/ios-device-lib/bin/linux`

Thank you for your feedback. Bluetooth goes from v4 (raspi3B) to v5 (raspi4). It must work better.
