Oh sorry I read it wrong hahahah. I use JEI and EMI, EMI gets rid of a lot of bugs with JEI but still needs to to work
Download EMI along with JEI, it fixes alot of issues and it allows the Smithing to work :D

I just break it and replace and it starts to work again for about an hour.
I don’t have a filter on it, also I don’t have any of them mods you listed.
So I found out its from Mobs spawning, if you use the tag #is_overworld it will cause crash after crash
