Many Imgur images were deleted at some point within the last year, this PR restores a fair few of them. Please let me know if I'm missing any not listed...

Adds blips from the Bottom Dollar Bounties update to the docs.

Adds animated blips in order to help (newer) developers understand which blips are animated. This PR also removes a couple unnecessary files.
