Support not generating file parameters

I'm having the same problem here when generating a large number of files for multiple services. Having to filter out potentially broken services beforehand is not good.

Generate an index file when using modular mode

Also wondering about this.

Content-Type: "multipart/form-data" is ignored

I think the header is applied automatically by the browser when passing a FormData object in the body. Not sure if that holds true for Axios though but this appears...
