This issue is actually quite widespread, affecting GT Crates, Crafting Station, even Vanilla Double Chests. Perhaps a fix could happen... but don't expect it anytime soon.
Interestingly Vanilla Single Chests and GT Wooden Crate doesn't seem to have this issue.

This could be an interesting idea, perhaps some elements can be incorporated into CEu's nuclear if we wanted to make some parts more complex (HM).
