[Feature Request] 设置-复写里有项"旁加载GEOIP"

**功能描述** @Kr328 在 #411 中明确表明Clash For Android将不会支持自定义GEOIP文件。不过在设置-复写里有旁加载GEOIP选项，但点进去无法进行操作，只有使用内置，感觉这种选项意义不明确。 **截图**
