Solution turned out to be `miette::Report::new_boxed`, which I somehow missed

history-json: Ctrl-d outside homedir throws JSONDecodeError

This happens to me often, when I press Ctrl+C while half-typing a command (something must be in the history already). Sometimes also happens on `exit`. Here is the stack trace...

Also, it seems to work fine when I use sqlite backend
