Disagree because 12-hour clock needs to maintain more localization and brings more ambiguity.
zzz himself doesn't want to use that interface (in particular, the ones that are similar to current interface for `cc`), so I think maybe it is best to ask him...
zzztoj is not using the `tbp` interface...
