Hello Youssef, I'm encountering an issue too when running setup.py to set the environment on windows, there are many issues on windows when it comes to cutting edge research implementations....
I have the same problem and I can't resolve it
I'm not sure it's a bug, have you tried running it locally ? It might need some complicated routage to be correctly run on the cloud
I've just tried and it doesn't work locally, I think we should push it as a bug
