Commits list in "Changes in pull request" tree only shows first 30 commits

Issue Type: Bug Looks similar to #375 but for commits list. If PR has more than 30 commits ([example](https://github.com/microsoft/TypeScript/pull/32517/commits)) only first 30 are shown and there is no "Load more"...

Option to disable automatic PR detection

Recently Automatically detect PR from branch #2158 👍 was implemented and merged, however it doesn't seems like it's possible to disable automatic detection for PRs that were created by me....

All surrounding code mentions `eslint-scope` and AFIAK there is no `lib/pattern-visitor` directly in the `eslint` package.

Mark files as reviewed from Multi File Diff Editor (Open Changes)

When I checkout new PR it automatically opens multi file editor with all changed files. It would be extremely helpful to "weed out" simple/clear etc. changes and mark them as...
