Forester's Manual - Still spawning after setting "B:spawn=false"

Minecraft version 1.16.5 As the title says, I can't seem to stop the mod from spawning the Forester's Manual for new players.

I'm very disappointed that the API was completely moved to blizzard's site as it uses a web-format that cannot be easily searched. Like most things to do with their API...
