RS5k manager: Macro | Conflict between negative linking range and Macro scaling

Being able to set the minimum linking parameter value down to -100% conflicts with the concept of using the lower range of the 'Macro' control for decreasing the initial offset...

RS5k manager: Macro | 'Macro' knob stops updating its GUI when changed too slowly

As the title sais, when moving the 'Macro' knob really slowly it stops updating its GUI. It still continues to sends changing values to its slaves though.

Since the Macro has to know about the parameter ranges of its slaves anyway, can't we use those real values for the 'Min' and 'Max' fields in the link list?...
