配置文件能否加个注释？感觉谁看了都可能理解不过来

上传程序集报错

System.Exception: The process cannot access the file 'DatabaseBackUp.deps.json' because it is being used by another process. 或者其它的程序集占用等比如dapper等。没法上传程序集。操作方法： 120版本已经上传该程序集，卸载120版本，安装130版本。在130版本重新上传导致。
