[Bug]: litellm doesnt "see" the ollama serve on wsl on Windows

### What happened? The issue is - I have ollama running on a wsl, so Dockers, browsers and any other application sees ollama running, only litellm doesn't seem to find...

Tested with ollama - it didn't work out-of-the-box ;]

Package Installation problem after deleted cache folder

I deleted the cache folder ~\.cache\uv so no normal isnatllations of packages could have been done normally. with": uv pip install langflow --no-cache-dir" is working ... but not all packages...
