I'm using 1.10.2 and am wondering how the Energy Siphon works as far as Tesla generation. What exactly do I do with it?

Read the title. basically I want to effect blocks from farther range, as well as an ability to float/walk on water.

Request: No limit to abilities in Creative Mode

Basically, I don't want to have rejection or loss of life in Creative Mode with this.

Request: Rift Blade only opens one side of rift at a time

Like above, I'd like to see the Rift Blade only open the rift on one side, for better one-way passing. Or at least allow a config that can enable this.
