Google Maps will pop out "Map's won't run unless you update Google Play Services." when click to the location or search for the first time open the apps every time or pop out anytime when maps is in the background.

That would need to be addressed by Huawei in their next system update. microG is currently available on EMUI 13.1 and in a general manner on EMUI 14, EMUI 14.2.
