I may have found a MODERN laptop with INTEL ME corrupted but with the laptop still able to boot

Whenever I boot the laptop its able to start up however it seems that Intel me is disabled this could be a breakthrough in finding a way to disable it....

can you tell me how to compile this on linux for windows
