Actually, I recommend use original index.html, because orig was filled up correctly.

was trying this issue by running **-r win-x86/win-x64** (or via **VS platform target**) and reproduced another problem. On win-x64 its working, but in win-x86, it shows that OpenTK.Windowing.Desktop.dll Stack Overflowed....
