somehow ffmpeg permanently hangs when attempting to finalize a video that already exists but wasn't detected/skipped

Not sure what causes it to happen, but it will start to download a video and go through the entire process, then freeze when doing the ffmpeg info. It's somehow...

Seems to only happen when going from 1920x1080 to a larger size (1440p or 4k). If I start out recording at 1440p and then go down to 1080p, it seems...
