导入插件错误ImportError: cannot import name 'BaseConfig' from 'nonebot.config' (D:\yunzai\nonebot\qq2\.venv\lib\site-packages\nonebot\config.py)

把`ELF_RSS2\config.py`中 ``` from nonebot.config import BaseConfig ``` 一行的`BaseConfig`改成`Config`就可以了。

[BUG]: 疑似内存泄漏

遇到了基本一致的问题，表现为内存占用缓慢增加直到100%，然后磁盘读流量达到100000KB/s左右，服务器宕机；4G内存下约每24小时触发一次。按照聊天记录以及宕机的时间点推测，似乎是ChatGPT超时导致的。issue先提在这里，我去研究一下……
