I don't know exactly when it happened but now the keys for the numpad area no longer respond to any color changes - at least for layer 0. They do...

For general use, if a layer gets created - either on accident or on purpose - if I later decide I don't want it I see no way to delete...

How is encoding specified by client?

Is the encoding auto-negotiated by the client to the "best" supported by the server? How can the encoding (like Hextile/ZRLE) be explicitly specified?

Split item into an object with @id and name.

Google appears to prefer this format. Don't know when/if the underlying "official" schema changed but I simply matched the format shown on Schema.org.
