recreated the benchmark tool of libchdr in C# benchmark done in release mode. chdr_cs:  libchdr:  Performance comes quite close using the C# bindings

Should this option be behind a toggle? Or is it fine like this? lmk!

My code created here is released under the MIT license conditions. So do whatever you want with it :)
