The same problem happens with Sildur's Shaders, too. I assume it applies to others as well, I just haven't tested more (and am quite happy with Sildur's so far)^^
I'm having the same problem. A few weeks ago the error would appear occasionally but for the last few days it's been a constant. I'm not using a VPN.
