This error is caused by Python 3.5. It seems to be the same bug as in Issue https://github.com/django/channels_redis/issues/145 Maybe you should pay more attention to it somewhere in the Docs!

I didn't found any solution and I never had this issue again with python 3.8.

Update the readme file according to the changes of the converter scripts in the main repository of ultralytics.
