I think it's because of the DLC saves. I deleted the DLC Saves and got no more GCM error.

I have the exact same issue. It seems to be caused by GD Menu Card Manager v2.0.1 somehow. It happens when using GDMenu or OpenMenu installed by GD Menu Card...
