I see [here](https://github.com/fnc12/sqlite_orm/blob/69917bd09a84970881d755828d60d8edf79728c6/dev/statement_serializer.h#L2076) that it simply does `CREATE TRIGGER IF NOT EXISTS ....`. I think it would be better to do `DROP TRIGGER IF EXISTS ...`, followed by `CREATE TRIGGER`....
