well i have no idea sometimes this errors is being spammed on console and then suddently stop
bedrock users was complaining about not being able to drop sometimes not sure if this is related

i didnt got that bug since 2 weeks and today i got it
okay i'll send it when it happen again
 this is what i see when the bug is here , they are spawning 45 by 45 for now and its increasing with the time , it was 4...

there is no errors in logs
even with 6000 spawners they are spawning 45 by 45
