docker compose up recreates running container that does not have their configs changed in docker-compose.yml

I'm seeing this behaviour on 2.16.0. Will try to find a minimal example tomorrow.

I've found that enabling/disabling reverse scrolling doesn't affect the horizontal scroll at all (on MX Master 3S) - would be good to have a second checkbox for it!

Support for serializing return values of methods that have default arguments.
