Unless I'm mistaken, these files need to be bundled into a .tmbundle in order to be used in TextMate 2. Are there any plans to make this available? Thanks.
TextMate 2 requires language files to be grouped into "bundles". A bundle like "lark.tmbundle" is simply a directory with that file extension, containing an info.plist and the preferences, syntaxes, etc....
