Is it possible with itk-wasm to stream data from the wasm executable to the main js thread of execution? If so, how can this be achieved?

Could React 17 be supported by this project? I don't feel like this would lead to any major changes if any.

Can support for webpack 5 be added as well? Seems to be breaking the imports of things like the paintfilter.worker.js.
