How do i scan the devices that are explicitly disconnect because they are not come under scanning after disconnecting?

How to i reconnect the bluetooth device when it comes under range

I am able to scanned the bluetooth devices but the main problem i am facing is i not able to scanned the devices which are connected.Kindly help
