docs version: v2 is the information on this page accurate? It doesn't look right. 

(next) Some of the documentation for the fs plug-in is incorrect

`fs:allow-app-meta-recursive` has the same description as `fs:allow-app-meta`. 

This configuration is wrong.  A description of permissions is also missing.
