I'm having a similar issue. It looks like Parsec isn't creating this virtual monitor. There's no duplicate in display settings, and in device manager there's "Standard monitor other than PnP".

Audio part from DXdiag is not relevant. DirectX from dxwebsetup will fail to install (reason is unknown to me). I fixed it with DX Dependency Fixer: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/directx-dependency-fixer-dxfix.87/

Did you try and load it with something on VM and check on host for activity in task manager? You won't see dedicated drivers in VM.
