Yeah it gets dropped for me when discord makes some sound (message, call etc) or randomly during a call. I've managed to workaround the issue by creating virtual pipewire device...
Seems this issue is something in the core and not app specific, every app does this in some manner only difference is is the main window blocked or non blocked...

Unfortunately I did not find anything off in monitoring tools except lower GPU utilization in ```NVTOP``` (70ish% lowest to 97% highest which reflects to FPS). Nothing unusual in ```HTOP``` happening...
