Froze atom on repo with many files (thanks to node_module) because atom-hg is trying to run hg status -A

In my case, the problem comes from `hg cat`, should I create a separate issue for that?

It does fail as expected because while `@use .. with` seems to be OK with it (although I'm not 100% sure), the `@forward .. with` does not seems to be...
