python setup.py install

When I run this command, it shows: python: can't open file 'setup.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory. Why occurs this problem?

I have implemented it for the latest 5 snapshots and found it can not work as normal. I guess the reason is that, the latest 5 snapshots have several genesis...
