Just give it few days and google will rethink it.. its basiclly solved itself for me weird af.. But all the videos are private and to fix it you need...
try readding the uri
idk it just sorta fixed itself... i messed with it a bit and it kinda solved itself try just adding the redirect url again and wait few hours and than...
