[FEAT]: Add performance monitor

Add a CPU, GPU, RAM statistics monitor, this is something i wish lenovo vantage had. A fancy page with hardware usage, temps, clocks and stuff. 

CPU frequency tweak base on cores active.

Suggestion: adding a feature which allows us to set cpu frequency according to number of cores active, smtg like CPU turbo ratio limit on throttlestop
