[Bug] Tooltip with renderMode: 'richText' does not apply rich styling to formatter.

[Bug] textStyle is invalid when both formatter and richText renderMode are used in the tooltip

"rich: {}" styling is also not supported for the tooltip.

Force camera front or back?

Would it at least be possible to force open the back-facing camera on Android? Since it's only an issue there...
