Installer installed successfully but game wont launch

After a while of searching i found this project and i eagerly installed the offline version (windows 10) but it wont launch at all

On line 209 (split_tag) of liballoc.c, it seems the cast to unsigned int should be unsigned long or else truncation happens and the address is invalid, am i misunderstanding?
