The class MovingCharges(Scene) doesn't work

When I follow [your tutorial](https://talkingphysics.wordpress.com/2019/01/08/getting-started-animating-with-manim-and-python-3-7/), the class MovingCharges(Scene) doesn't work. Maybe something has been changed in [manim project](https://github.com/3b1b/manim).
