Removing the embeddium mod from the server should resolve your issue.
Im not really sure what would be causing this other than the previously mentioned graphics card/driver issues. Do you have any issues with other games you run on your laptop?

Apologies for the lack of any communication here and the annoying stale bot, unfortunately we are no longer releasing updates for this modpack, so this issue is likely never going...
