好处： 1，可以在桌面长按，实现快速开关或其他操作。 2，可以添加到其他辅助应用，实现快速操作。 注：系统快捷方式也可以有哦。 其他软件可以读取到 静态shortcuts和系统快捷方式。 eg：

Chrome Intent { act=android.intent.action.VIEW dat=https://m.baidu.com/... flg=0x18080000 cmp=com.android.chrome/org.chromium.chrome.browser.customtabs.CustomTabActivity (has extras) } 在别的软件里打开网页，并不会进入chrome，而仅仅会进入chrome提供的快速浏览页面。 这个可以添加到规则吗？暂时还不清楚。
