[Feature Request] start-delay option for delaying the beginning of the simulation

Some recording software can take a few seconds to begin capturing the Gource simulation, which is troublesome if you're trying to make a recording.

Manifest v2 is still used

I gather this means this extension will no longer work once Chrome ends support. Has any time been spent on this yet? Thanks
