I have the same issue but not only in AH. It happens also in any caged pet tooltip in bags.
Just downloaded latest version 9.07 and breed tooltip isn't fixed yet. Caged SL pets shows only level of the ones you have but no breed info.

Windows 11 File Explorer auto refresh was working perfectly before the last update, 22621.4317.67.1 and to test it I've downgraded it to 22621.3880.66.6 and auto refresh is now working again...
