Oops, that was just me being confused. So a feature that the change would make trivial would just be the ability to enter weight/volume/count/etc for the same database item.
It's already possible to have multiple unit types on a single database entry? ie. Milk with data for both ml and grams?

And to clarify, this is behavior that I observe in normal use just typing relatively quickly when I need to capitalize a letter mid-sentence. My finger don't always lift up...
That is the how to reproduce section. That is the behavior that you should observe when you perform the listed action. I don't understand what the confusion is.

Send is now at the top, and stays there after picking some file(s). However, the send code is covered by the send button. 
I have the same issue. I also use GrapheneOS and imported my contacts into Tuta. Adding a new contact and editing an existing contact's birthday shows the same behavior, too.
