It reposts computer software, not mods 

 It doesn't uses stolen logo, but when downloading it leads to re-uploaded mod files

Sometimes it leads to GoogleDrive, sometimes to a link from their site (not official one named mods.factorio.com) reposted (I have checked in Inspect code button)

I have also found it's reposting other games mods, but it needs full checking
